- Filet mignon cut into medallions1 kg
- Cherry Tomatoes400 g
- Paris mushrooms cut into 1 cm slices or in half200 g
- Green Spice30 g
- Salt20 g
- Ground black pepper20 g
- Olive oil10 ml
- Season the medallions with salt and pepper, place the oil in a large non-stick skillet, sauté the medallions leaving a crust on each side and remove them from the skillet.
- In the same skillet, place the tomatoes, mushrooms, sprinkle with the chopped green seasoning and sauté everything for 5 minutes.
- Return the medallions to the skillet, cover the skillet for another 2 minutes. Adjust the stitch to your liking and you're done. Serve with rice and green salad.
