- Filet Mignon500 g
- Onion cut into strips1 unit(s)
- Garlic Cloves5 unit(s)
- Glass of Red Wine1/2 unit(s)
- Bundle of Chives1 unit(s)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Buttermilk1 tablespoon
- Olive oil to taste
- Season the filet mignon with salt and pepper and set aside. Cut the middle of the Italian bread in a circle and remove the core. Heat a frying pan with oil and seal the filet mignon baits. Remove and reserve. Immediately add the onion and garlic and stir until golden. Return with the meat and add 1/2 cup of red wine and let it reduce. Season with salt and pepper and add a tablespoon of butter. Finally, add the chopped chives and reserve a little to sprinkle on top and you're done.
