  • Filet mignon or special filet600 g
  • Gorgonzola cheese150 g
  • Garlic Cloves2 unit(s)
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Butter to taste
  1. Cut the fillet into thick slices, season with salt and cumin.
  2. In a pan, brown the garlic with oil. Add a spoon of butter and add half an onion until golden. Seal the meat in this pan. Set aside.
  3. Place the cream in the pan, mix and add the gorgonzola cheese until all melted.
  4. Add the meat to the sauce and serve hot.
