  • Filet Mignon cut into scallops seasoned with salt and pepper600 g
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • grated onion1 tablespoon
  • Dijon Mustard2 tablespoon
  • Fresh cream1 cup
  • Salt, pepper and parsley to taste
  1. Grill the fillets with half the butter and set aside.
  2. Fry the onion in butter, add the mustard and sour cream.
  3. Adjust the salt and add black pepper.
  4. Pour the sauce over the fillets and finish with parsley.
