  • Medium Pierced Noodles1 unit(s)
  • Mozzarella Cheese300 g
  • Tomato Extract500 ml
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Bread flour1 kg
  • Wheat Flour2 cup
  • Black Pepper2 dessert spoon
  • Smoked Paprika2 tablespoon
  • Garlic3 unit(s)
  • Salt2 dessert spoon
  1. Start by seasoning the meat and set aside for 20 minutes.
  2. While the meat rests, put water in the pan and let it boil, when it boils add a drizzle of olive oil and salt to taste, now it's time to wait for the pasta to be done.
  3. After the cooking time, drain the pasta and add a drizzle of olive oil so it doesn't get dry and sticky.
  4. Now break the eggs and beat until smooth.
  5. Dip the meat in the flour, then in the beaten eggs and then in the breadcrumbs.
  6. Now it's just frying. While the meat is frying, make the tomato sauce, sauté the garlic, add the tomato sauce (hint: a teaspoon of sugar), to remove some of the acidity of the sauce
  7. Now in the assembly, put some of the sauce in the refractory and spread it, then put the pasta and the sauce and mix, done that put the meat and the mozzarella cheese on top, then put the rest of the sauce and take it to the oven to melt the cheese and now just enjoy!! 🇧🇷
