  • Kidney beans500 g
  • Thin pepperoni sausage300 g
  • Bacon300 g
  • Porcine ear300 g
  • Pork Ribs400 g
  • Salted sirloin300 g
  • Chopped Onion01 unit(s)
  • Minced garlic (cloves)03 unit(s)
  • Laurel leaves03 unit(s)
  • Smoked paprika01 tablespoon
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  • Green scent to finish to taste
  1. Soak beans in water overnight for faster cooking.
  2. Leave the loin salted and rib in the same process.
  3. With the meats separated and already desalted, sauté in the pressure cooker until golden and then the other seasonings.
  4. Put the beans removed from the water.
  5. Add another water to cover for 30 minutes of pressure.
  6. Remove from pressure and finish with green smell and good appetite!
  7. Serve with side dishes such as rice, cabbage, farofa, crackling, fried eggs and orange.
