- Traditional farofa500 g

- Black pepper to taste

- Olive oil or margarine to taste
- Cut the pepperoni into small pieces, chop the onion and set aside.
- In a pan, melt two very full spoons of margarine and add the pepperoni, let it fry, stirring occasionally.
- Add the onion and let it brown, add the crushed garlic and the Sazón and black pepper, stir everything together.
- Add the traditional farofa and mix... It's ready to serve
