- Cassava flour1 cup

- Sausage1 kg
- Bacon100 g
- Egg4 unit(s)
- Banana4 unit(s)
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Place the bacon in a pan and let it brown in its own fat. Remove the bacon from the pan and set aside.
- In the bacon fat, sauté the garlic and onion until golden.
- Add the beans (already cooked and slightly mashed) and hot water. Boil for about 10 minutes.
- Season with salt and ground pepper. Cook until it forms a thick broth.
- Slowly add the manioc flour and stir constantly until it forms a mush. Turn off the heat and mix with the bacon.
- The cabbage will be sautéed in oil with finely chopped garlic.
- We will grill the banana without butter until it is golden brown.
- Fry the sausage and eggs and serve with rice.
