- Boiled Aipim500 g
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Braised ground beef (seasoning to taste)300 g
- Shredded Mozzarella300 g
- Chopped Bacon (take to the fire to give a golden color and set aside)100 g
- In a mixer, put the cream of milk and the cassava. Beat well until you turn a smooth cream (a blender can also be used).
- Spread half of that cream in a medium refractory.
- Place the braised meat over the cream.
- Add half of the mozzarella and some of the bacon.
- Cover with the other half of the cassava cream, mozzarella and the rest of the bacon.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180º for about fifteen minutes or until the mozzarella is melted and golden.
