- Wheat Flour150 g

- Salt, pepper and Bahian seasoning to taste to taste
- Green smell to taste
- In a bowl put the ground beef with all the seasonings and stir very well, kneading the meat a little
- Add a whole egg and then the wheat flour, stir very well
- The mixture should be firm and consistent, but not dry.
- Before starting to assemble the dumplings, take a pan to the fire, add enough oil, let it heat over low heat.
- With the eggs boiled and peeled, rub a little oil on your hands and wrap the eggs in the mixture, creating a layer on top, as shown in the image.
- Be quick in this process and do not press too hard, nor take so long to wrap the eggs, otherwise the mixture will start to fall apart.
- Fry the dumplings in the oil over low heat, turning so that all sides fry evenly.
- Serve as a side dish or as a snack.
