Minced meat of your choice (I used Rump)500 g
Salt to taste
Minced garlic (clove)2 unit(s)
Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
Sour cream (canister)1 unit(s)
ketchup5 tablespoon
Mustard2 tablespoon
White rice to accompany to taste
Straw potato to accompany to taste

In a pan, sauté the onion with a drizzle of oil or olive oil until it becomes transparent. Add the garlic and let it fry lightly.
Add the meat cut into small pieces and let it braise. Hit the salt.
After the meat is already braised. Add the cream and mix well until slightly reduced.
Add the mustard and ketchup and stir well until incorporated.
Serve next accompanied by white rice and straw potatoes.
