- Ground Beef300 g
- Cooked kidney beans (beans only)1 cup
- Boiled corn1/3 cup
- Tomato sauce3/4 cup
- Chopped Onion1/4 cup
- Chopped Garlic1 dessert spoon
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Sea Salt to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Chopped red and yellow bell pepper1/4 cup
- Chopped green onion1 tablespoon
- Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the garlic, onion and bell pepper.
- Add the meat and stir to break up the lumps. Season with salt and pepper.
- When the meat is cooked, add the beans, corn and tomato sauce and mix.
- Adjust salt and cook for about 7 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and finish with the chives.
- Serve with nachos and lots of cheese on top.
