  • Carrot2 unit(s)
  • Whole onion1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  • Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
  • Pepper1/2 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Beef Flavored Seasoning Powder to taste
  • Water3 cup
  1. In a pressure cooker, add the oil, minced garlic, salt and meat flavor seasoning, heat until golden.
  2. Add the duckling cut into cubes and the whole unpeeled onion Cover with water and close the pot, leave it under pressure for approximately 25 minutes or until the meat is tender.
  3. After the pressure comes out, add the carrots and correct the salt, leave for another 5 minutes in the pressure. Remove from the pressure again add the pepper cut into strips and leave on medium heat without pressure until the desired point.
