Em uma vasilha adicione o frango, as batatas descascadas e partidas no meio;

In a bowl add the chicken, the peeled and halved potatoes;

Também adicione a maionese, o creme de cebola e a cebola picada ou ralada, sal e pimenta;

Misture tudo, de forma que o frango e a batata fiquem envoltos nesse tempero;

Coloque em um refratário e cubra com papel alumínio, leve ao forno a 190°;

Place in a refractory and cover with aluminum foil, bake at 190°;

Faça o teste pelas batatas, se estiverem macias, já pode remover o papel e deixe que o frango termine de cozinhar.
