Let the jerky desalt overnight in the water.
In the pressure cooker, sauté the jerky with the sausage, tomato, onion, 02 cloves of garlic, peppers and leave in the pressure for 40 minutes.
In another pan, cook the pumpkin for 20 minutes.
After the pumpkin is cooked, pass it through a blender until it becomes a puree.
Return to the pan and season with salt, pepper, green smell and add 100 ml of coconut milk.
After everything is mixed, the puree will be finished.
Serve with fluffy rice and good appetite!
