Dried beef (desalted and shredded)500 g
Potatoes4 unit(s)
Butter2 tablespoon
Sour cream1/4 can(s)
Straw potato to taste
Garlic, onion, salt, black pepper, oregano and coriander to taste

Now with the shredded dried meat, add a spoonful of butter and saute the garlic and onion, then add the meat and let it sauté well.
Seasoning with black pepper and coriander
For the puree you will mash the already cooked potatoes and put 1 spoon of butter and the cream, adjust the salt
Place the meat in a mold or refractory, place the mashed potatoes on top
