- Ground beef300 g
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Breadcrumbs1/2 cup
- grated mozzarella1/2 cup
- Crushed Gorgonzola1 tablespoon
- Chopped Onion1/4 cup
- Minced garlic1 teaspoon
- Ground cumin to taste
- Sweet paprika to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Sea salt to taste
- Chopped chives to taste
- Tomato sauce to taste
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except the cheeses. After forming a homogeneous mass, divide into two parts, model 2 polpetones and fill with the cheeses (reserve some of the mozzarella cheese).
- Bread in breadcrumbs and place in a greased shape with oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 200ÂșC for about 20-25 minutes (turn halfway through).
- After roasting, cover with tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese and return to the oven to melt the cheese.
- Serve with pasta in tomato sauce.
