  • Ground beef300 g
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Breadcrumbs1/2 cup
  • grated mozzarella1/2 cup
  • Crushed Gorgonzola1 tablespoon
  • Chopped Onion1/4 cup
  • Minced garlic1 teaspoon
  • Ground cumin to taste
  • Sweet paprika to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Chopped chives to taste
  • Tomato sauce to taste
  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except the cheeses. After forming a homogeneous mass, divide into two parts, model 2 polpetones and fill with the cheeses (reserve some of the mozzarella cheese).
  2. Bread in breadcrumbs and place in a greased shape with oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 200ÂșC for about 20-25 minutes (turn halfway through).
  3. After roasting, cover with tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese and return to the oven to melt the cheese.
  4. Serve with pasta in tomato sauce.
