- Ground beef or duckling1 kg
- Onion, Garlic, Salt, Mixed Seasoning, Vinegar to taste
- Sachet of tomato sauce1 unit(s)
- Grape juice500 ml
- Chopped tomato3 unit(s)
- Olives and green smell to taste
- Soybean oil to taste
- Season the meat the day before with garlic, salt, mixed seasoning and vinegar.
- Fry the onion in the oil.
- Brown the meat in the onion
- Add the tomato sauce and cook until soft.
- Add grape juice. Let it boil
- Turn off the heat, add the tomato, olives and green smell
