  • Pork rib.1.4 kg
  • Coarse salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Lemon2 unit(s)
  • Olive oil8 tablespoon
  1. Place the chopped ribs (about 5 cm cubes) with the fat facing up on a platter. Coat with oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Bake in a medium heat of 200 celcious for 1h30m.
  2. Turn the oven to grill mode and bake for another 30 minutes or until the fat turns crackling.
  3. If there is time, leave the rib in the pan with the seasonings to marinate for 1 hour to 3 hours before roasting.
  4. Sprinkle chives on top and serve with your favorite side dishes.
