Crispy oven rice

Cozinhe a carne moída a seu gosto e reserve. Prepare o arroz apenas com sal e reserve.

Cook the ground beef to your liking and set aside. Prepare the rice with just salt and set aside.

Em uma vasilha própria para ir ao forno, adicione o arroz já cozido. Em seguida adicione a carne moída já pronta, e despeje por cima o milho e a ervilha. 

In an oven-safe bowl, add the cooked rice. Then add the ready-made ground beef, and pour the corn and peas on top.

Para finalizar coloque o queijo por cima de tudo e leve ao forno até gratinar o queijo. Na hora de servir, coloque batata palha por cima.

To finish, place the cheese on top of everything and take it to the oven until the cheese is browned. When serving, place potato straw on top.
