  • Belly chopped into pieces1/2 kg
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying200 ml
  1. Place the chopped belly in the pressure cooker and season with salt.
  2. Add the oil, cover the pressure cooker (don't forget to remove the rubber)
  3. Take it to the high fire to fry, it will start to pop like popcorn, when it stops popping it is ready.
  4. Check that it is golden, remove with a slotted spoon.
  5. Tip: save the lard to make beans. I usually keep it in a container in the fridge.
