- Coconut milk1 can(s)

- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Cottage cheese1 cup
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Black pepper to taste
- Olive oil1/2 cup
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Black Olives8 unit(s)
- Grated Parmesan Cheese1/2 cup
- Cooked and mashed lint-free cassava500 g
- Season the tilapia with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Let marinate for 5 minutes.
- In a skillet, add oil and place the tilapia to grill. Reserve
- Fry the onion in slices in the same skillet. Reserve.
- In a bowl, mix the mashed cassava and coconut milk, season with a little salt and pepper. Reserve.
- In another bowl, mix the cream and cream cheese. Reserve.
- Grease a baking dish with olive oil, place the reserved cassava cream, on top of the grilled tilapia, then the cream with curd, spread the grilled onions, and the black olives. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and bake in the oven to brown.
