- Tilapia fillet800 g
- Salt to taste
- Garlic clove4 unit(s)
- 1/2 lemon to taste
- Olive Oil to taste
- Onion1 unit(s)
- 1/2 red pepper to taste
- 1/2 of green pepper to taste
- Coconut milk200 ml
- Tomato sauce340 g
- Cottage cheese200 g
- Chimichurri to taste
- Smoked paprika to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Parsley and chives to taste
- Grated mozzarella to taste
- In a pan with water, add the salt, the potatoes cut into slices, and cook until tender.
- In a container, add the tilapia fillets, salt, chopped garlic, lemon juice, mix well and leave to marinate.
- In the frying pan, add the olive oil, the tilapia fillets and let them brown on both sides and then set aside.
- In the same pan, add the chopped onion and let it wilt. Then add the chopped red pepper and green pepper and mix.
- Then, add the coconut milk, tomato sauce, cream cheese and mix again.
- Now, season with salt, chimichurri, smoked paprika, black pepper and finish with parsley and chives.
- In a serving dish, add half the sauce and spread well. Then add the boiled potatoes, and then the fish fillets.
- Pour the rest of the sauce over the top, spread well and finish with the grated mozzarella.
- Place in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
