  • Pork belly for crackling, also known as pork blanket or panceta1 kg
  • Salt (about a level teaspoon or to taste)1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper (half a teaspoon or to taste)1/2 coffee spoon
  1. Preheat the AirFryer to 200º C for about ten minutes or until the green light goes out. Meanwhile, cut the pork belly into cubes about 2cm x 2cm in size.
  2. Season with salt and pepper and place everything in the Air Fryer basket. Set the time to 45 minutes at 200º C.
  3. During the process, open the airfryer and shake the basket every 10 minutes or so so that the cracklings are evenly golden and crispy.
  4. Once ready, place them to drain a little on paper towels to make them even drier.
  5. If desired, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and serve with lemon cut in quarters, lengthwise.
