- Pork belly for crackling, also known as pork blanket or panceta1 kg
- Salt (about a level teaspoon or to taste)1 teaspoon
- Black pepper (half a teaspoon or to taste)1/2 coffee spoon
- Preheat the AirFryer to 200º C for about ten minutes or until the green light goes out. Meanwhile, cut the pork belly into cubes about 2cm x 2cm in size.
- Season with salt and pepper and place everything in the Air Fryer basket. Set the time to 45 minutes at 200º C.
- During the process, open the airfryer and shake the basket every 10 minutes or so so that the cracklings are evenly golden and crispy.
- Once ready, place them to drain a little on paper towels to make them even drier.
- If desired, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and serve with lemon cut in quarters, lengthwise.
