Ingredients
- Bacon with skin | 1 kg
- Salt | 1 tablespoon
- Oil | 1/2 cup
- Black pepper | to taste
Recipe
- Cut the pork belly into large cubes (5cm). Rinse, season the cubes with 1 tablespoon of salt, spread well and let it rest for 30 minutes;
- Place the seasoned meat and oil in the pressure cooker. Remove the rubber from the pan, cover and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes;
- Uncover, stir well, cover and repeat this process every 5 minutes. The third time it is uncapped, it will start to burst. Stir and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
