Crackling in the Airfryer

- Pork belly or pancetta | 600 g
- Garlic, salt, black pepper and fine herbs | to taste
- Lemon | 1 unit(s)
- Chop the pancetta into pieces and season to your liking, leave for half an hour in the seasoning.
- Place in Airfryer and turn on full power for 15 minutes.
- Open, turn the greaves and turn on again for 15 minutes, checking if more time is needed or not. Serve as a snack or to accompany a good feijoada.
