Ingredients

• Pork belly or pancetta | 600 g
• Garlic, salt, black pepper and fine herbs |  to taste
• Lemon | 1 unit(s)

Recipe

1. Chop the pancetta into pieces and season to your liking, leave for half an hour in the seasoning.
2. Place in Airfryer and turn on full power for 15 minutes.
3. Open, turn the greaves and turn on again for 15 minutes, checking if more time is needed or not. Serve as a snack or to accompany a good feijoada.
