- Cooked meat200 g
- Corn Flake1 cup
- Garlic and Onion to taste
- Warm water2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Hydrate the corn flakes with warm water and salt, let it rest while you prepare the meat.
- Shred and sauté the meat with the onion and garlic, check the salt if necessary add a little more, let it sauté until the onion wilts or until the liquid dries up.
- Take the couscous already hydrated and take it to cook in the couscous pan or in a pasta drainer in a bain-marie, after cooking, crumble the couscous and mix the shredded meat.
