- Couscous: to prepare the couscous dough, place 1 cup of flaked corn flour with 1 cup of boiling water in a container, season with salt, pepper, saffron and bottled butter. Let it rest for approximately 20 minutes or until all the water has dried up. Place the pasta in the couscous pan and let it cook for 10 minutes. and ready
- For the sausage ragu: remove the film from the sausage and break the segments in your hand, fry well, add the pepperoni chopped into cubes and the bacon also chopped into cubes, fry well until golden brown and the Bacon is crispy. Cut the onion, garlic, pepper into small cubes and place next to the sauté, to fry. Add the tomato and tomato sauce, and the pea in this case I used the frozen one. Let it boil well so that the sauce is thick and gets the taste of the ingredients. Serve along with the couscous. For cheese lovers, sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on top.
