- Onion to taste
- Tomato to taste
- Pepper to taste

- Parsley to taste
- Oil to taste
- Salt, Coloring, Black Pepper to taste
- Vinegar to taste
- Place the vinegar, tamate, onion, garlic, parsley, chives in a blender and blend.
- Cut the rib into small pieces and put it in the pressure cooker with the oil, salt, coloring and black pepper.
- Add the seasoning beaten in the blender and let it boil.
- Then add some water and close the pan.
- Count 15 minutes after the cooker gets pressure and turn off.
