  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Crushed garlic3 unit(s)
  • Beef broth, black pepper and oregano1 to taste
  • Water600 ml
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Oil1 tablespoon
  • Chopped Parsley1 to taste
  1. I started by chopping the meat into small pieces.
  2. I cut the onion and garlic and put it in the pressure cooker along with the oil.
  3. I let it sauté for a few minutes and then I added the meat and let it fry.
  4. I seasoned it with beef broth, black pepper and oregano. I added some salt and mixed well.
  5. When the meat dries up all the water and starts to stick to the bottom, add the water and put it under pressure for about 25 minutes.
  6. Finally I opened the pan and put chopped parsley and then just serve.
