- Water500 ml
- Clean and wash the gizzard well with hot water and vinegar or lemon.
- In a pressure cooker, fry the chopped onion, add the seasonings to taste and the tomato sauce.
- Add the gizzards and mix. Add the water and let it cook for 30 minutes.
