Chicken drumstick1 kg
Small tomato1 unit(s)
Garlic5 unit(s)
Small onion1 unit(s)
Oil5 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Tomato sauce2 tablespoon
Coriander to taste
Water1 cup

In a pan we will add the oil and take it to the fire as soon as the oil starts to heat we will add the tomato, garlic and onion stir well and let it sauté.
Then we will add the chicken drumstick, tomato sauce and let it sauté for 1 minute.
Then we will add water and let our chicken cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
Once cooked, add the coriander to taste and our recipe is ready.
