  • Water300 ml
  • Black beer200 ml
  • Onion cream1 unit(s)
  • Chopped Parsley0 to taste
  • Salt0 to taste
  • Black pepper0 to taste
  1. Heat the pressure cooker with oil and brown the pieces of meat - add the onion, tomato and carrot and mix well and add the water, beer and cream of onion mix, close the pan and let it cook for 15 minutes.
  2. Open the pan, adjust the salt, add pepper and let the sauce simmer.
  3. Sprinkle green smell.
  4. Assemble the dish and serve in sequence.
