  • Green Pepper2 unit(s)
  • Red Pepper2 unit(s)
  • Yellow Pepper2 unit(s)
  • Sausage400 g
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Parmesan200 g
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Parsley to taste
  • Chives to taste
  • White Wine300 ml
  • Vegetable broth500 ml
  1. In a large pan put the garlic and sausage oil. Cook until golden. Reserve
  2. In the same pan, add the onion and fry until translucent.
  3. Throw in the rice and yellow peppers initially. Fry until the rice is translucent with white kernels.
  4. Add the wine and mix until absorbed.
  5. Add the other peppers and sausage. And add the vegetable broth little by little.
  6. When the rice is cooked, turn off the heat and add the grated parmesan, parsley, chives and the cold butter! Mix well and serve!
