Dry Green Smell
Chop the onion and garlic.
In the pressure cooker, heat a little oil over low heat and sauté the onion and garlic.
Add the diced carrots and sauté.
Remove the carrots, garlic and onion from the pan. Return the pan to the stove, increase the heat to high and add a little more oil.
Place the muscle cubes and fry until golden on all sides of each cube.
Add salt and pepper to taste and add the carrot, garlic and onion. Shake well.
Add the tomato sauce and the green smell and fill with water until you fill 2/3 of the pan.
Cover and, when you get pressure, reduce to low heat.
Leave for 15 to 20 minutes and turn off the heat.
Wait for all the pressure to release, uncover and add the cubed potatoes.
Adjust the salt and simmer for another 15 to 20 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
Tip: it's delicious to serve right away, but it's even better the next day, after sleeping in the fridge, giving the flavors time to incorporate well!
It can be eaten alone as a soup or with pasta or rice.
