- Soybean oil2 tablespoon
- Macerated Garlic2 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion100 g
- Diced carrot200 g
- Diced Potato150 g
- Diced tomatoes3 unit(s)
- Salt0 to taste
- Black pepper1/2 coffee spoon
- Tomato extract1 dessert spoon
- Green smell1/2 cup
- Hot water0 to taste
- Season the meat with salt, garlic and black pepper.
- Heat the oil in a pressure cooker and brown the meat.
- Add onion, tomato and sauté well then tomato paste and stir well.
- Add hot water to cover the meat, close the pan and cook for 15 minutes.
- Open the pan, stir well, add the carrots and potatoes, close again and cook for another five minutes.
- Open the pan again and let the sauce simmer without the lid.
- Sprinkle green smell and serve with white rice and farofa.
