- Ground beef300 g
- Green corn2 can(s)
- Chopped onion1 unit(s)
- Minced garlic cloves3 unit(s)
- Heavy cream1 can(s)
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Green smell5 tablespoon
- Oil4 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Heat the oil, sauté the onion and garlic and fry the ground meat until dry.
- Add the salt, pepper and green scent, mixing well.
- Blend the corn with the Heavy cream in a blender or processor.
- Place the mixture in a pan over low heat with butter and mix until it thickens. Adjust the salt.
- Arrange the meat on a platter and cover with the corn puree.
- Bake at 200°C for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Serve with white rice.
- It's like a little hideaway. Very traditional in Chile.
