- Chicken thigh500 g
- Carrot1/2 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Potato2 unit(s)
- Paprika1 tablespoon
- Lemon pepper1 tablespoon
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Mustard1 tablespoon
- Green smell to taste
- Put the chicken in the pressure cooker
- Season with paprika Lemon pepper salt and black pepper & mustard
- Add the onion, potato & carrot and cover the pan leaving it under pressure for 20 to 30 min, no need to add water
- After a few minutes, remove the pressure, check if it is ready and finish with green smell
