- Chicken thigh1 kg
- Onion cream1 cup
- Olive oil to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Mayonnaise4 tablespoon
- Season the chicken thighs with black pepper, mayonnaise and onion cream
- You don't need to add salt as the onion cream is already salty.
- Rub the chicken well with the seasoning and place in a roasting pan.
- Drizzle with olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 min or place in the air fryer
- As soon as it is well baked and crispy it is ready.
