- Chicken fillet300 g
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Fresh herbs ( thyme, basil, rosemary ) to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Lemon pepper1 tablespoon
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Season the chicken with salt, black pepper & lemon pepper
- Light to fry in a generous drizzle of olive oil
- Add the fresh herbs and let it cook well.
- Finish with the cream and adjust the seasonings and it is ready to serve.
