Seasoning for meat1 to taste

Season the chicken pieces in a bowl and add seasoning, Coloral, salt.
Take the pan to the fire and add oil, garlic, chopped onion sauté.
Then add the chicken, stir and leave for a few seconds. Now add a cup and a half of water and let it cook for 15 minutes.
When the chicken cooks, still with the fire on, add the eggplant cut into 4 parts, let it cook for another 5 minutes and that's it.
