Boneless and chopped chicken breast1 kg
Tomato Extract1 unit(s)
Sour cream1 unit(s)
Crushed garlic to taste
Chopped Onion to taste
Margarine1 tablespoon
Seasonings to taste (saffron, Bahian seasoning, salt, coloral) to taste
Green smell to taste

In a pan, melt the margarine, sauté the garlic and onion. Add the chicken and sauté until golden.
Add the tomato paste, seasonings, a little water and let it cook until it thickens. Turn off the heat and add the cream. Finish with green smell.
Serve with white rice and potatoes chips.
