- Chicken breast | 1 kg
- Ketchup | 1 tablespoon
- Mustard | 2 tablespoon
- Tomato sauce | 1 unit(s)
- Sour Cream | 1 unit(s)
- Spices | to taste
- Onion | to taste
Recipe
- In a medium saucepan, add the oil and heat over high heat. Add the garlic and onion, and sauté for 1 minute, or until the garlic begins to brown. Add the chicken, seasoning and salt, and fry for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until the chicken is browned on all sides.
- Add the ketchup, mustard, tomato paste and mushroom, and mix. Add the cream, stir and cook for 2 minutes, or until it starts to boil.
- Remove from heat and serve hot with rice.
