- Cottage cheese200 g
- Ketchup1/2 cup
- Garlic3 unit(s)
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Cut the chicken into cubes and wash well.
- In a bowl, season the chickens with salt, garlic and pepper.
- In a pan, heat the oil and brown the onion, when it is golden add the chicken and let it sauté well.
- Add the ketchup, cottage cheese and milk cream, stir well until the broth is very thick.
