- Zucchini or Paris mushroom100 mg
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil2 tablespoon
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Cream cheese2 tablespoon
- Black pepper1/8 teaspoon
- Place the fillets on a meat board
- Cover with plastic wrap and beat with a punch to open the fillet, but be careful not to tear the meat.
- Season with salt, black pepper
- Place a portion of cream cheese on each fillet, the fresh herbs of your choice and the filling
- Both zucchini (in dices) or mushroom (in slices) should be sautéed in olive oil and butter and seasoned with salt and pepper and herbs to taste
- Place the filling in the center of each fillet.
- Roll up like a swiss roll and tie with a string
- Sear in a hot skillet until golden and the meat is tender.
- Remove string and serve with rice or puree or pasta or salad
