- Cheese. to taste
- Pepper. to taste
- Salt. to taste
- Take the chicken breast, cook it with 2 tablespoons of butter, salt and pepper or other seasonings.
- Shred the chicken, cut the onion, tomato and garlic.
- In a hot pan, put a spoon of butter and then add the onion and garlic.
- Put the tomato, sauté and put the seasonings to your taste.
- Add the shredded chicken, stir and let this sauce cook for 10 minutes.
- Add the rice, cook and finish with the cream and cheese of your choice.
