- Salt to taste
- Cook the chicken with salt and chicken broth. Save the broth water and shred the chicken.
- In a pan, sauté the garlic and onion. Add 300 ml of chicken broth, olives and corn. Mix well.
- Add the cooked rice, mixing well and then place on a platter.
