  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Cottage cheese1 can(s)
  • Chicken breast1 unit(s)
  • Mozzarella Cheese to taste
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese to taste
  • Straw Potato to taste
  • Garlic and Onion to taste
  1. Cook the chicken breast with your favorite seasonings. Once cooked, shred.
  2. In the blender, put the corn first, then the cream and finally the curd (in that order!). Beat until it forms a cream.
  3. In the pan sauté some garlic and onion, if you want and add the chicken, sauté a little more and add the cream, let it get a little bit and turn off.
  4. In a refractory, place the mixture that was in the pan, cover with the mozzarella cheese, then the grated cheese and take it to the oven for fixings.
  5. When serving, add the potato straw on top and that's it!
