Ingredients

  • Chicken breast | 1 kg
  • Garlic | 1 unit(s)
  • Salt | 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon | 1 unit(s)
  • Oil | 1 cup

Recipe

  1. Cut the chicken breast into pieces not too thick
  2. Add the garlic, salt and lemon and let it rest for four hours to get the flavor.
  3. Put the oil in a pan and as soon as it is hot put the chicken fillets
  4. When golden on one side, turn the other side to finish frying.
