Chicken Breast1/2 kg
Cottage cheese3 tablespoon
Onion1 unit(s)
Minced garlic1 tablespoon
Mozzarella150 g
Potatoes4 unit(s)
Salt to taste
Parsley to taste

Cook the chicken breast and shred and sauté with salt, parsley, onion and garlic. Reserve.
Cook the potatoes and mash. Reserve
In a refractory place the shredded chicken, mix the 3 tablespoons of Requeijão.
Arrange in the bottom of the refractory.
On top, put the mashed potatoes and seasoned with salt to taste.
Finally, put the mozzarella and take it to the oven for 25 min. (depending on oven)
When the mozzarella is melted, you can turn it off and serve.
